The technology I use on a regular basus is computer and cellphone.  It changed my educational life by being able to include websites into the curiculum via smartboards.  It changed my personal live by being able to talk to people on the go by cellphone, and being able to talk to people via facebook and e-mail. Some might even use chat rooms.
